- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Go to this doctor if you want to get scammed. My wife went for a ankle sprain. He ordered for an xray which he confirmed twice was part of the in network coverage. xray came back as no fracture. He then wanted us to get an MRI from a different facility because he only trusts the radiologist from there. The ankle was taped up and he gave a walking boot to rest the ankle. The sprain healed within a few days, so didn't bother getting the MRI. The doctor called multiple times to get the MRI done and when we said the ankle healed, my wife was told that she has a ligament tear which needs surgery immediately!! I dont know how he found out that there is a ligament tear without the MRI. This place is a total scam! It costed us $2K to get a sprain checked with this guy. Breakdown of cost: $250 for consultation $200 for wrapping the ankle with an ace wrap $800 for the walking boot ($40 on Amazon) $621 for xray (which ended up being out of network) When we called to check on this (his office never returned the call for the first few weeks, had to call them multiple times), he flat out lied that he never said the xray was in-network and he sent us to an out of network since it was a medical emergency!
